Rich’s diverse background  spans careers in the financial markets, climate change and conservation community development, business and science.

As the Australia Country Director for The Nature Conservancy, he  originated more than $100 million in natural capital impact investments.

He is an Independent Director of Tiverton Agriculture Impact Fund, and a member of the SE Asia Committee of the World Economic Forum’s Tropical Forest Alliance.  Rich focusses primarily on the group’s Australia funds.

Chief Strategy Officer

Stephanie brings deep and broad expertise in natural capital, public policy, and regulatory environmental markets with a focus on developing financially robust policies and strategies that advance solutions for nature and climate.

Steph has played leading roles in the reform of Australia’s regulatory markets for water, energy and carbon, and holds tertiary qualifications in environmental science, law and economics. Stephanie focusses primarily on the group’s Australia funds.

Chief Operating Officer

Yvonne has more than a decade’s experience in finance, governance, compliance and risk management in the financial services sector, in addition to five years at KPMG.

Her experience internationally includes working within the private bank & wealth mgmt. business units in Singapore financial institutions in the areas of governance and internal control, project management, and assurance.

She is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). Yvonne focusses primarily on the group’s Australia funds.

Chief Investment Officer

John is a professional investor with more than 20 years’ investment experience in Asia. He spent 14 years at UBS in Hong Kong, most recently as the Managing Director heading the equity derivatives trading team.

There he was a member of the Equities Asian Management Committee and the Global Equity Derivatives Board. He is the Chair of the Finance Committee of Hong Kong Academy and has a Bachelor of Science and Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, Ontario..

Chief Impact Officer

Charles is an attorney with more than 25 years’ global conservation and climate experience.

As the Asia-Pacific Managing Director for The Nature Conservancy, he was accountable for navigating the legal, political, cultural and financial complexity of business units spanning China, Indonesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, the Pacific and elsewhere.

He is a visiting professor at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Chief Origination Officer

During his 25 years in the field, Eric has originated and closed more than 200 conservation deals valued at over $1 billion.

He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and finance and, after a career as an independent market maker on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade, secured a master’s degree in natural resource management.

Eric is an alumnus of the Impact Investment Programme at Oxford University’s Saїd Business School.
